Refund and Returns Policy

We want every angler to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below are our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible

2. Refunds

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


3. Exchanges

Received a defective or incorrect item? We’ll fix it.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of any defect or damage
    We’ll replace the item at no extra cost if the issue is confirmed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The order arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
